First, if you have multiple printers in your office take a minute to make sure that you’ve selected the right one for the job. I know this sounds silly, but when things get busy it’s easy to click the wrong machine.
Second, be sure that your printer is still connected to the correct WiFi network. Then check to see if all the cables are tightly connected and whether there is paper loaded in the machine. Another common culprit is the dreaded paper jam. If none of these solve the problem, try shutting down the printer, waiting a few minutes, and then turning it back on.
